By taking body through practice of yoga we warm body joints, make physical body more relaxed. To understand role of yoga in creating the love we have to must know “what is love?” Speaking truly we can’t define love because it is not concept but an action to be performed by your soul.  “What is love?” is like asking, “What is walking?” Love is a feeling. One cannot rule over feeling. Either you experience it or not. Feelings can be deceptive so yoga is the only way to understand difference between love and emotion (infatuation).
‘Oxytocin’ is called love hormone which helps you to reduce blood pressure and keep your mind relaxed. This magical hormone rushes through your body when you first fall in love. Oxytocin brings love sickness that makes you unaware about sleep and food, you only think of your loving angel. In woman this oxytocin is important in bringing sexual arousal, preparing her for child birth and milk production.
Practicing yoga will encourage body to produce this amazing hormone and will help you to build anti-stress mechanism.  Love relationship between couple is strengthened by yoga.  Relationship itself is like yoga pose. Yoga breathing techniques will help couples to soften communication and you will be able to see star’s glittering in one another’s eyes. Yoga will let love happen to you it will make your mind –“a yes mind.” Yes to each other means accepting each other’s mistakes and strengths. With each day practice of yoga, you will realize strength of love’s wisdom.
