IPL has rocked the entire world with its popularity in all age groups. Indian Premier League will begin its 9th season in April this year. So every firm wants to reach through advertisements to attract customer. As usual most of advertisement spot of IPL 9 season are booked. The Official broadcaster of IPL is Sony Pictures Network informed that this year 70 % of ad spots are already booked.
Amazon, Vodafone and Oppo mobile phones will be presenter of season 9. Revenue of advertising this year will be around ₹ 1,200 crore. Along with presenter other sponsor are Freecharge, Coca-Cola, Vimal Pan Masala and Tata-sky. It was guessed that Twenty20 World Cup will affect advertising revenue of Sony Pictures Network but instead it seems to be grown in size. 20% increase in viewership in last year has built a confidence in advertising companies to invest in ad spots.
Rohit Gupta, Head of Sony Pictures Network said that they will broadcast separately for new teams Rising Pune Super-giants and Team Rajkot on their new channel Sony ESPN. So, this will also add more to revenue.
Rate of ad spots are touching skies. Season 9 will cost an amount of ₹ 5.25 lakhs for 10-sec onscreen TV spot and for spot buyers it will be ₹ 5.75 lakhs. Streaming in HD will have extra ₹ 1.5 lakhs for 10 seconds. Sony Pictures is expecting 20% growth in revenue. This will be biggest of all IPL seasons held in past.

Cash-on-delivery also known as Collect-on-delivery in mostly preferred in India. Recently conducted Nilsen Global Connected Commerce Survey, Q4 2015 shows 83% of Indian people prefer COD as a payment method while shopping on e-commerce website such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopclues, Myntra, Snapdeal, Infibeam and many more. Survey shows that globally credit cards are on the top of all payment methods. About 53% of online buyer prefer credit card. Emerging markets such as India, United Arab Emirates, Russia, Philippines, Saudi Arabia and Nigeria popular payment mode is Cash on delivery.


India – 83 %
Saudi Arabia- 59%
Russia- 70%
UAE- 68%
Philippines- 73%

 
Reasons (why COD is preferred?)
1. Credit card penetration is low
2. More than 65% of Indians feel that e-commerce sites will not keep their personal information secure and card details/Banking details confidential.

3. Many incidents of not getting original product in India lost the trust of buyers. So people want to see product first and then pay.
4. If product is returned by a customer, it takes too much time to be refunded by banks and respected websites.
5. Many a times younger brother orders something at an address of their well earning elder brother or sister and concerned person didn’t even know what is inside package. After a call to his/her young one usually cash is paid and product is bought. 
6. Many Indians feel that until we pay cash physically, we will not know its importance. It hurts when cash is out flowed from you.

Registration of company in India is governed by ROC (Registrars of Companies). Every state has its own ROC center to assist registration process. Registration of company in India takes 15 days to 60 days if considered that you have all documents enlisted intact.

Step 1: Obtain Director Identification Number (DIN) online.
Any person who intends/proposed to be a director of company in future needs to apply for DIN. There are no fees for the purpose of applying DIN. 

Documents required for applying DIN:
1. Identity Proof (Any one of the following)
PAN Card / Driving License / Passport / Voter Id Card
2. Residence Proof (Any one of the following)
Driving License / Passport / Voter Id Card / Telephone Bill  / Ration Card / Electricity Bill / Bank Statement
3. Colour Photo Graph

Procedure to get DIN Number
1.       Log on to www.mca.gov.in
2.      Click on Obtain DIN Link which is placed at bottom of page
3.      After you click, a new page will open, fill the form and click on submit.
4.      You need to paste your photograph on the space provided on the form. And attach an identity proof and a proof of residence with the form. Please note that the photo affixed on the form and the proofs attached must be certified by a Public Notary or Gazetted Officer or any certified professionals (viz. Company Secretary/ Chartered Accountant). In case of certified professional, they have to affix their stamp and registration number along with signature.
5.      The form along with the above documents has to be sent to respected state ROC.
       
Step 2: Obtain Digital signature certificate online
A Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) is a secure digital key that certifies the identity of the holder, issued by a Certifying Authority (CA). It typically contains your identity (name, email, country, APNIC account name and your public key).
            Time: 1-7 days
            Cost to complete: ₹ 400 - ₹ 2700
            Procedure:  Register on http://emudhradigital.com/


Step 3: Reserve the company name with ROC online.

Step 4: Stamp the company documents by the authorized bank.
                Cost varies from state to state.


Step 5: Get the certificate of incorporation
                This will take 3-10 days. A fee is varied upon capital of setup.

Step 6: Make a seal (cost- ₹ 400).

Step 7: Obtain a PAN from UTI or NSDL.

Step 8:  Obtain a tax account number (TAN).

Step 9: Register for VAT with Sales Tax Officer.

Step 10: Register with Employees Provident Fund Organisation.

Step 11:  Register with ESIC (Medical Insurance)

Step 12: Filling for government approval by RBI for foreigners and NRIs.
