  • “Change is not only inevitable, but always happening. When you truly embrace this concept of change being constant, the only thing left to do is grow, detach, venture inwards, touch the spirit and find your source — the one responsible for keeping you grounded through the ever-changing seasons of life.” — Julie Weiland
  •  In mediation and in our daily lives there are three qualities that we can nurture, cultivate, and bring out. We already possess these, but they can be ripened: precision, gentleness, and the ability to let go.” — Pema Chodron
  • "Follow your nature. The practice is really about uncovering your own pose; we have great respect for our teachers, but unless we can uncover our own pose in the moment, it's not practice — it's mimicry. Rest deeply in Savasana every day. Always enter that pratyahara (withdrawn state) every day. And just enjoy yourself. For many years I mistook discipline as ambition. Now I believe it to be more about consistency. Do get on the mat. Practice and life are not that different." — Judith Hanson Lasater

There are many reasons for hair fall such as hormonal deficiencies, diseases, deficiency in diet and medications or treatments like chemotherapy and psychological issues like stress and depression.Hair loss not only depends upon external factors such as dandruff, sun exposure and so on but also it is result of a result of an unhealthy diet. There are many types of therapies available to overcome hair loss out of which following are commonly given : Hair transplant, hair restoration, hair extensions, stem cell treatment. Hair loss in men is generally caused by male pattern baldness (hereditary), DHT(Dihydrotestosterone) hormone release, alchohol, smoking, etc.

There is a natural yoga method which can cure almost all hair related issues like premature greying, hairfall, dandruff etc. known as Prasanna Mudra, but the only difference between other mudras and this one is that hand move unevenly and unlike while practicing others.

Method : Rub four fingernails (except thumb) of both hands against each other.
Surface of fingernails should rub hardly against each other.
Since roots of hair follicles on scalp are connected to fingernails, this pressure creation will help in pumping required nutrition to the scalp and promote hair growth.
If you rub tip of fingernails of one hand against surface of fingernails of another hand, then it accelerates hair growth on ears.
If you rub surfaces of only both thumbnails against each other, you can notice faster growth of moustache and beard.
If you rub nail tips of one hand with surface of other hand’s nails, hair in ears will grow.
So, it is important to rub without causing friction to nail ends and avoid thumbs.
Apart from this exercise, try to quit smoking and have control over alchohol consumption.
Also add atleast 80-100 gms of protein, 30 gms of iron and enough sulphur.
Drink plenty of pure water, which can help removing toxics fromk your body.
If you are suffering from anameia, increase your iron intake.
Get cured, if you suffer from indigestion and constipation.
Because wastage stored in intestines, block blood circulation to brain and also pollute blood.
Do this atleast for 10 minutes(increase time limit if your hairfall is more) in morning, before breakfast and 10 minutes in evening, before dinner.
Along with this yoga, practice prithvi mudra for 40 minutes each day.
People having high blood pressure should avoid balayam. it may aggravate the condition.
Letting your hair get enough sunlight everyday is also important.
Balayam may not be effective in types of baldness like Alopecia areata, Alopecia totalis, Alopecia universalis etc.
Within 3-6 months, you will see noticeable change in your hairline.
After 12 months of regular practice with proper diet, your lost hair should be restored.

I was really motivated to write this post after reading Facebook statuses of my dear friends-"Finally got placed in TCS.","Going to work with TCS" and blah blah blah...! Question to my dear friends is not-"How TCS is biggest employer of India." but what you are going to do in TCS as fresher.

So basically problem is not with working of yours but your mindset. It is clear that all of us wants to be a software engineer. But it is only true for CSE and IT students. Question may arise about other engineering stream students like Mechanical, Production engineers. They also call themselves as software engineers and hide reality by saying Software is my passion. Really, is coding your passion? If really coding is your passion why don't you join Oracle, Flipkat, Microsoft and Google. Don't you think that's an absurd truth? Why don't you join a core software company and why are you complacent with your job position in service-sectored companies like TCS? Fact is that you will never get a chance to code and you don't know how you will be used.

Company is not a problem at all but your mindset as always. Accept the fact that you joined TCS only because you are not good enough to get another good job. You will have to accept this reality in  95% of fresher joining such companies. When you know that you are not good at coding, why not others should call you dumb. What about other 5% freshers, later or sooner they end up leaving TCS with ZERO Experience.

You simply join TCS as a simplistic approach for career choice but I am very sad to say you are one of them. Yes off course TCS is mass employer, I know at least 80 TCSers who proudly say they don't know doubly linked list, yes they may not be dumb but as a coder they are always.

Hope so I will not see one of you at Nagpur Passport center calling names of applicants.

I think following people should join TCS:

1. If you are so called engineer who sucks at technical skill and yet want to be part of IT industry with approach of  no interest and improvement in life.

2. If you want government like job with stability and sluggish growth rate.

3. If you don't have capability of another placement and are in dire need of job.

4.  If you plan to go for higher studies and just want a job for sake of convenience. Really 1% with this objective go for higher studies after wasting 2 years of corporate life.

Are you tired and stiff? Or your job has made you dumbass? If that sounds familiar, I’m here to tell you there’s hope. It always happens to most of all guys, but only few of them are ready to express. It is said-“Real men are always in mood.” But reality is very few men are always in mood. About 3 men out of 10 have a happy bedtime with his sex partner. I was too one of those 7 hapless person on earth. I started worrying about my bedtime and came across a holy way to do it. It was none other than a pure Indian yoga. I started doing it regularly for 15 minutes a morning and is really flipping through wonderful sexual life and a boosted day without fatigue. Guys, if you really care of your health do not use pills to boost stamina. It has severe side-effects; you are addled with anxiety in next day.

She always wants you to last longer to drive her over the edge of sex and into orgasm over orgasm. She always wants the kind of sex that takes her breath away, makes her skin feel like electricity and leaves her feeling dizzy and drunk. After such low sexual stamina I started doing exercises by Indian yoga guru Ramdev Baba and now really I’m breaking bed every day with her.

Guys do follow yoga in this video and see the real change I experienced in 5 days. Less stress more sex.

Note :   Every yoga video is in English and starts with Sanskrit sholka(poems). If you are not familiar with this Sanskrit language just forward the video for 1 to 2 minutes and follow the instructions to do yoga.

How Yoga helped me to come out of this problem?

Yoga practice for 15 minutes a day bred confidence in me by focusing on breath and helping me to be more aware of myself. If mind and body are not in optimum health, an human cannot have fulfilling sexual life.

It helped my sex partner in overcoming her hip and thigh tightness. It tones your pelvic floor.

Pranayama(breathing technique) allowed me to allow oxygen-rich blood from lower part of my body to heart thereby re-energized my sexual power.

Before doing yoga I used to approach my sexual problem with nervous mind but doing yoga helped me a lot. I really thank India for gifting such peerless gift to world in terms of yoga.
