Worldwide about 383 million people are suffering from diabetes and prediction of WHO (World Health Organization) this number will be doubled by 2025. After every 3 minutes 1 life is lost in America. To know what diabetes is you must know role of Insulin in our body. Anything we eat, our body converts it into glucose. Insulin serves as a key to open your cells and to allow cells to use the glucose as an energy source. But in diabetic patient, pancreas is not able to produce required level of Insulin.

So to control sugar level of our body we people take medicines (from doctor) which for a short period of time give relief but you become sicker with those tablets because they affect your liver directly. So, to cure diabetes you will have to reach to the root of problem. Generally, diabetes is hereditary disease. But irregular eating habits, consumption of heavy, oily and sweet food and unnatural life style i.e. sleeping timings also leads to diabetes. To overcome diabetes you need to follow few daily practices of yoga, change in daily routine and diet control.

In India, many people have rescued them from diabetes by following yoga and taking some ayurvedic medicines. To live a medicine free life, do yoga regularly for 10-15 minutes. Following video will guide through simple yoga.

More than 20 million children in world suffer from obesity. Changing food habits in young generation is main cause of overweight. It is very difficult for an obese people to wander in society taunting at them. So, yoga is only one and best solution for reducing weight. Video embedded below will help you become healthy.

 Obesity-Related Health Problems 

1.Coronary Heart Diseases

Major risk factor for developing coronary heart disease is obesity, which can result in heart stroke. Obese adults have much higher chances of  heart diseases or heart stroke. Doing yoga daily will nullify risk of heart stroke.

2.High Blood Pressure 

 High Blood Pressure is main cause of increase in death rates of humans older than 27. No research has proved why obesity brings high blood pressure. It is a gray area. But, it is true that obesity in all cases brings High Blood Pressure. So for obese people reducing their weight by 7-8 pounds would benefit a lot. Yoga by Ramdev have proved that Blood Pressure can be brought in control by doing yoga.

3.Blood Clotting Stroke

Increase in Cholesterol level may cause vein blockage or blood clotting in obese people. So practicing pranayama(yoga) daily will improve health conditions.

4.Skin Infections 

Skin of obese people folds over itself and these areas may cause excessive sweating and irritation. This may lead to infections.

5.Reproductive Problems

Obesity in women affects hormone level in women which may lead to infertility.

Bharat Biotech, Hyderabad city-based vaccines manufacturers from India claimed that they achieved a success in creating vaccine for Zika virus. Bharat Biotech had started work on Zika virus vaccine since last year (2015) and pharmacy is probably the one who filed patent for Zika treatment. Pharmacy informed that they are currently working on another two vaccines out of which one is in stage of pre-clinical testing in animals.
 Bharat Biotech owns most brilliant minds in world. It is first in India pharmaceutical companies to be approved by KFDA (Korean Food and Drugs Administration). Krishna Ella, CMD Bharat Biotech said- “We hope to announce the arrival of Zikavac (proposed vaccine name) to world as early as possible. Our primary target group for vaccine development is pregnant woman. We give safety as a measure for vaccine development. We are focusing towards scale up and characterization of the vaccine product.”

IPL has rocked the entire world with its popularity in all age groups. Indian Premier League will begin its 9th season in April this year. So every firm wants to reach through advertisements to attract customer. As usual most of advertisement spot of IPL 9 season are booked. The Official broadcaster of IPL is Sony Pictures Network informed that this year 70 % of ad spots are already booked.
Amazon, Vodafone and Oppo mobile phones will be presenter of season 9. Revenue of advertising this year will be around ₹ 1,200 crore. Along with presenter other sponsor are Freecharge, Coca-Cola, Vimal Pan Masala and Tata-sky. It was guessed that Twenty20 World Cup will affect advertising revenue of Sony Pictures Network but instead it seems to be grown in size. 20% increase in viewership in last year has built a confidence in advertising companies to invest in ad spots.
Rohit Gupta, Head of Sony Pictures Network said that they will broadcast separately for new teams Rising Pune Super-giants and Team Rajkot on their new channel Sony ESPN. So, this will also add more to revenue.
Rate of ad spots are touching skies. Season 9 will cost an amount of ₹ 5.25 lakhs for 10-sec onscreen TV spot and for spot buyers it will be ₹ 5.75 lakhs. Streaming in HD will have extra ₹ 1.5 lakhs for 10 seconds. Sony Pictures is expecting 20% growth in revenue. This will be biggest of all IPL seasons held in past.

According to news from New York Times, Facebook is going to ban private gun sales on its own website. This step is taken by Facebook to avoid selling of ammunition and gun parts, person-to-person gun sales. In last 3 years Facebook has been on top of selling and buying products from social media. Already, Facebook has blocked selling of illegal drugs, marijuana and pharmaceuticals through social network.
You might want to note down real fact that at the time of change in Facebook policy in 2014, they only banned sales on their site but still gun dealers were allowed to promote their gun products online. So, new policy will/may bar unlicensed private individuals from selling firearms online. But licensed firm can buy and sell firearms on Facebook network.
The move of banning firearm sales was brought by Facebook in response to US president Barack Obama urge to clamp down gun sales organization in debate on issues related to access of guns after mass shootings in US. Monicka Bickert, Facebook’s product policy Head said that Facebook is still continuing to develop; test and launch new products and this will be reflected via our regulated goods policy. The National Rifle Association, US have not made its view clear on firearm ban.

Yoga is way to energize our body and soul. Yoga is derived from a Sanskrit word “yuj” which means working of physical body and mind together. Yoga is most likely developed around 6th or 5th B.C. Origin of yoga can be guessed around pre-vedic era in India.
Among many yoga teachings Yoga sutras by Patanjali have gained prominence in 20th century. Yoga was brought to west by Indian yoga gurus like Swami Ramdeva, Swami Vivekananda.

11 December is celebrated as International Yoga Day.

Types of Yoga:
  
1. Hatha Yoga
 “Hatha” is a Sanskrit word which means force. It includes all types of yoga. Usually classes with hatha yoga are structured for beginners or neophytes. In class of hatha yoga you will learn basic aasans/postures, breath work and mind control.

2. Vinyasa Yoga
“vinyasa” is a Sanskrit word which means “connection.” This yoga will teach you warrior poses, balancing poses and relaxation aasanas/postures. Yoga practice will move through different transitions from one phase to another. Vinyasa yoga will be available in both rigorous and gentle way. If you’re a neophyte, look for a gentle flow.

3. Bikram Yoga
Bikram yoga was developed by Bikram Choudhury. This yoga is type of Vinyasa yoga. Bikram yoga focuses on sweat dripping postures. It has 26 postures to be performed in sequential order.

4. Iyengar Yoga
Iyengar Yoga will help build strength, mobility, and stability. Iyengar yoga poses are held longer, as you breathe into a pose to find more expansion. You have to use of a variety of blocks, straps, and blankets, to make sure you find the correct aasana/posture in each pose.

5. Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini yoga’s main focus is on pranayama i.e. breath work. Kundalini is best style of yoga to develop the mind, awareness, and consciousness. Each pose in Kundilini is associated with a different breathing technique, mudras i.e. hand gestures.
